Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Fragrance are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms, as temperature fluctuations can break down the fragrance oils.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full bottle.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content and must be shipped via ground transportation.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Due to international aviation regulations regarding flammable liquids, we are unable to ship fragrances overseas at this time.
