At Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or tampered with.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and use the protective shipping carton to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the seal of the fragrance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
